On acceptance of your painting, 50% of the total cost is required as deposit. Once work has commenced, this deposit is non-refundable. The remainder of the balance is due upon completion of your painting.
Payments are made securely through Paypal via email invoicing. Clients do not need a Paypal account to make payment.
All reference photographs used for the creation of the painting must be free of all copyrights unless otherwise accompanied by a signed written release form by the photographer or owner of the copyright. A printable photographer's release form may be obtained by inquiring within. The client is in full understanding that he/she will be held responsible for any legal action taken by others for use of material that is not free of all copyrights.
All artwork is commissioned for personal use and may not be used for financial gain, unless a prior License Agreement is made with the artist.
The artist retains full copyright and reproduction rights on all artwork and reserves the right to use images of the artwork for advertising, promotional or other purposes.
